It was great to have Wade help us with our projects. From our initial contact, through the whole job, Wade was punctual, professional, polite, and extremely easy to get along with. I had a laundry list of items both at the old house, and the new house, and he got to work right away and hit everything on the list. First time using Wade for projects and we have come away very impressed and happy. Fast, responsive communications and ready to go on the projects as soon as we gave the green light. Replaced 15 deck boards, pressure washed the old deck and applied new stain/sealer. The quote was spot on and the work was done really well with attention to detail. Interior projects were small but headache inducing and Wade was able to fix up the problems quickly and used the "downtime" on the deck to finish off the interior to save time. Will happily hire again and strongly recommend to get quotes and hire.

I've listed the projects that Wade completed in my home to emphasize the depth of his abilities. He gave my home a complete face lift and I couldn't be happier. The quality of his work is outstanding! I have received so many compliments on the work that Wade completed. There seemed to be nothing he couldn't tackle. His work ethic is another of his great strengths. He always let me know if he was going to be late or unable to come - which was very rare. I knew I could trust that he would do high quality work with integrity and a very upbeat disposition.
Description of work:
1. Installed exterior light fixtures 2. Moved sprinkler controls from basement to garage 3. Guest bathroom - removed existing tile flooring and replaced with new tile; raised height of vanity 4. Flooring - approximately 1700 sq. ft. - removed existing carpet, wood flooring in kitchen, tile in entry; replaced with prefinished 5" plank wood flooring 5. Painted entire house - ceilings and walls 6. Built a frame for the fireplace with a 10" deep mantel 7. Built a bookcase for my living room with 3 shelves and 2 doors at the bottom 8. Built a large Trex Deck in my back area complete with handrails and stairs 9. Installed a sun setter awning that extends over my deck 10. Assembled several pieces of furniture

The entire job went more or less exactly as planned. Wade was very punctual and responsive. He had a great attitude throughout and was a real pleasure to work with. Wade was great about making the process as painless as possible, and even issues that inevitably rose up from time to time were made to feel like no big deal and fully within his control and capacity. The quality of his work was outstanding and his attention to detail was great as well. The entire process was so easy in fact that I was frankly surprised; and of course the finished product is stunning.
Description of work:
Wade completely tore out my old kitchen and put in a new oak floor, new drywall, new light fixtures and electrical; designed, built and installed an island with a gas range and electric oven; built and installed IKEA cabinetry throughout; replaced and re-routed plumbing and built a tile backsplash; and widened a doorway and textured and painted the walls. Wade did most of the work himself (everything except for the counter top installation and the wood floor finishing), and his range of skills and expertise was very impressive.
